What Is Reiki?
Reiki is a powerful, non-invasive energy healing technique that helps balance the body, clear emotional blockages, and restore a sense of calm and well-being.
It works by channelling universal life force energy through the practitioner’s hands into the recipient’s body, gently activating the natural healing processes on a physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual level.
Whether you’re feeling anxious, emotionally drained, physically depleted, or simply out of sync, Reiki creates a space for deep release, rest, and energetic recalibration.

The History of Reiki
(pronounced Ray-Key)
originates from Japan and was developed in the early 20th century by
Dr. Mikao Usui.

The word itself is made of two Japanese words:
Rei – meaning universal or spiritual wisdom.
Ki – meaning life energy or vital force.
Dr. Usui’s method was built on ancient energy healing principles combined with meditation, intention, and attunement. Reiki has since grown into a globally practised healing art, used in hospitals, wellness clinics, and therapeutic settings around the world to promote natural recovery and emotional harmony.
Why I Chose to Learn Reiki
After years of working at a deep subconscious level with clients through RTT, and hypnotherapy, I began to sense something I couldn’t explain in purely psychological terms.
It started quietly. Subtle sensations during sessions. Unspoken tensions. Shifts I could feel in the space before a word was said.
I’ve always known I was sensitive to people’s energy, but like many, I dismissed it as “just being intuitive.”
Until one day, with a client, I sensed something move in her energy field. Her eyes filled with tears before she spoke. We hadn't even started the formal hypnosis yet. I knew something bigger was happening.
That moment led me to explore Reiki, and what I discovered was a healing language that didn’t require words, only presence, intention, and awareness.
Now, Reiki is an integral part of my practice. For some clients, it’s the missing link.
For others, it’s the beginning of a new relationship with their own energy and body.

Who Reiki Is For
Reiki is ideal for:
-
Burnt-out professionals or caregivers
-
Those recovering from illness or emotional trauma
-
Individuals navigating anxiety, grief, or life transitions
-
Anyone seeking deep rest, emotional clarity, or spiritual connection

Whether as a standalone treatment or integrated into a broader healing journey, Reiki can offer a powerful, peaceful reset.
What to Expect in a Reiki Session
Every Reiki session with me is calm, confidential, and deeply restorative. You’ll typically lie down fully clothed in a quiet space. My hands will either hover over or, with your permission, lightly touch specific areas of your body, depending on your comfort level.

Many clients describe sensations like:
-
A feeling of warmth or light
-
Emotional release or a sense of clarity
-
Deep physical relaxation or even sleep
-
A shift in mood or energy following the session

The effects continue beyond the appointment. Most clients report feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded in the days that follow.

Heal with Me
I offer Reiki sessions in person at my private clinics in Cambridge, London, and Rome.
Each session is 60 minutes and can also be combined with coaching or RTT for a holistic experience.
If you’ve tried to think your way through everything and you’re ready to feel your way into something deeper, Reiki may be what your system has been waiting for.
