Reiki 1 - one day course £199

This course enables you to use Reiki for self-healing and on friends and family.

Your Reiki journey begins here. Level 1 opens your energy channels and attunes you to the universal life force, a profound step that will stay with you for life.

You will receive an authentic, individual Reiki Level 1 attunement, an in-person energy transmission from me that enables you to channel Reiki healing energy with ease and confidence. This sacred process activates your natural ability to work with universal energy and sets the foundation for all future Reiki practice.

This course also includes a practical introduction to the human energy field and the chakras, giving you first-hand insight into the subtle bodies that influence physical health, emotional balance, and spiritual well-being. You’ll hear the story of Mikao Usui’s quest to rediscover this powerful healing method, and you’ll begin using Reiki the very same day in a guided hands-on practice session.

• How to sense, scan, and work with subtle energy

• The history, principles, and ethics of Reiki

• The Five Reiki Principles (“Gokai” in Japanese)

• How to use Reiki for healing pets, growing plants and energising your food

• Hand positions for self-healing and treating others

• the structure of a healing session, how to prepare the space, yourself (“Hatsurei Ho” in Japanese) and the receiver

• Hands-on practice giving and receiving Reiki

• A Reiki Level 1 certification is recognised internationally

The course fee includes an internationally recognised certificate, a comprehensive course manual and lifelong support after the course via email, online circles and regular group support, online FREE for 12 months.

This one-day course can be upgraded to the NOS (National Occupational Standard) two-day version for an additional charge of £55 at any time for those who wish to go on to do the Master & Teacher Training

Reiki 2 - one day course £199

Level 2 deepens your Reiki practice and expands your ability to work as a healer, personally or professionally.

You will receive your second attunement, which further amplifies your energy flow and strengthens your connection to universal life force energy.

At this level, you will learn the three sacred Reiki symbols and their powerful applications, including distance healing, emotional clearing, and amplifying energy for specific purposes. You’ll explore advanced techniques to fine-tune your intuition and deepen your sensitivity to subtle energy.

Reiki Level 2 also prepares you for professional practice, with guidance on conducting client sessions, maintaining energetic boundaries, and working with integrity. By the end of the day, you’ll feel confident offering Reiki in-person and across any distance.

• The three sacred Reiki symbols and their uses

• Distance Healing across space and time (“Enkaku Chiryo” in Japanese), allowing you to heal your past, prepare for the future and help others even when far away.

• Techniques for recurring and multiple healing, enabling you to send Reiki to recurring events and to more than one receiver at the same time.

• Advanced scanning and energy sensing methods

• Emotional and mental healing applications

• Professional practice guidance, keeping records and ethics

• Reiki Level 2 certification, enabling you to practise professionally

The Reiki Level 2 course further enhances and refines your ability to work with Reiki. The Distance Healing technique is an invaluable tool for helping people when you can’t be physically with them.

The fee for the Reiki Level 2 course includes a comprehensive course manual,

certification in Usui Reiki and free advice by e-mail, group circles and online masterclasses FREE after the course for 12months.
