But the patterns that keep showing up? They often begin deep within the parts of the mind we can’t always access by willpower or logic alone.

That’s where Hypnotherapy can help.

​What is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy invites you into a deeply relaxed state — a place where your conscious mind softens,

and your subconscious (the part of you that holds memories, emotions, and beliefs)

becomes more open.

It’s not about losing control, it’s about finding a deeper sense of it.
And from there, we begin the real work: understanding, healing, and gently

reshaping the beliefs that no longer serve you.

Who I Work With

Many of the people I work with are highly capable and sensitive

often holding a lot for others, while quietly carrying their own inner weight.

They’re:

  • Living with anxiety, overthinking, or emotional overwhelm

  • Feeling stuck, flat, or disconnected from joy

My Approach

My work isn’t one-size-fits-all. I meet you where you are with compassion, attentiveness, and curiosity.
I draw from Clinical Hypnotherapy, RTT, and neuroscience, along with decades of lived experience navigating life’s complexities.

Some days are about clearing emotional noise. Others are about finding quiet clarity.
What matters most is that you feel safe, seen, and gently guided at a pace that suits you.

What to Expect

Sessions can be held online or in person (London, Cambridge, Rome). Each one is tailored to your needs.

Just presence, intuition, and evidence-based support.

What you’ll receive:

  • A private session (typically 60-90 minutes)

  • A custom audio to continue the work between sessions

  • Follow-up support and integration guidance

  • Option to include breathwork, energy healing, or somatic tools

For deeper support, clients often work with me through my Transcend program, a high-touch, immersive healing journey. Alternatively, just one to three sessions of Hypnotherapy are also available.
