Thank you very much for booking your appointment.
Don't worry, you will get a reminder closer to the time so you don't forget.
If your appointment is for on-line Hypnotherapy or RTT, please use the
guidelines below to prepare for the session.
Set yourself up for success!
-
If advised; please make sure you have completed your Intake form and sent it back 48hrs, before your session.
-
The session is conducted via ZOOM, please make sure that you have your Zoom link and the software installed on your computer/laptop.
-
Be in good health. No cold, cough, fever or flu symptoms. If you are unwell, please reschedule.
-
If the session is interrupted for any reason, we may have to stop and may not be able to continue. A new session will have to be scheduled at an additional charge.
-
It is important not to be rushing before the session, and equally important to allow yourself some time to regain control and full consciousness after the session. For this reason, try to be free at least 15 min before and after the session. (30 mins is ideal).
-
Not be under the influence of any recreational drugs, or alcohol and are not using any medication which may cause drowsiness.
-
Make sure that your mobile phone is switched off.
-
Good, clear sound is very important. Please make sure you check your speaker and mic volume settings.
-
Inform everybody that you cannot be interrupted for up to 3 hours. Tell them you are taking some 'ME' time.
-
No pets with you in the room.
-
For the best impact, I strongly recommend conducting the session on a Laptop or Desktop computer. Not on a mobile device.
-
Switch off all apps on your Laptop/computer/mobile device which have notifications.
-
Do you think you may need to go to the restroom?
-
Strong Wi-Fi/Internet connection.
-
If you are using a laptop or mobile device for the session, please make sure it is fully charged and/or plugged into a power source.
-
Good lighting in the room as I need to be able to see you clearly.
-
Be in a comfortable position. If you are sitting on a chair, it should not have wheels or revolve. You may lay on your bed with your back propped up against the wall behind you, or you can be sitting on a comfortable sofa.
