DEPOSITS - We have to share the same policy with you as the venue requires of us.

You confirm and reserve a space with a deposit of EU.150.00.

The balance is due 01 June 2025.

CANCELLATION

The amount is non-refundable. Unfortunately, the venue keeps 40%, and 60% stays as credit with the venue for future use.

Health, Fitness & Personal Responsibility

By signing up for this retreat, you confirm that you are in good physical and mental health and capable of participating in all retreat activities, including yoga, breathwork, regression, meditation, hypnosis, and walking in nature. It is your responsibility to consult with a medical professional before attending if you have any health concerns.

You agree to take full responsibility for your own well-being during the retreat. The organizers are not responsible for any injuries, physical or emotional, that may occur as a result of participation in retreat activities.

If you have any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements, please inform us before booking so we can advise whether this retreat is suitable for you.

Changes to Schedule, Content, or Facilitators

We reserve the right to make minor changes to the retreat schedule, activities, or facilitators if needed due to unforeseen circumstances, weather, or participant needs. These changes will be made in the best interest of the group’s experience.

In rare cases of force majeure (natural disasters, illness, government restrictions, etc.), the retreat may be postponed. If this happens, we will offer the option to transfer your place to a future retreat or provide a partial refund, depending on the situation.

Photography & Media Consent

During the retreat, we may take photographs or videos for promotional use on our website and social media platforms.

By participating in the retreat, you consent to being included in this content. If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please inform us in writing before the retreat begins, and we will respect your privacy fully.

Travel & Insurance

Participants are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the retreat venue.

We strongly recommend that all participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes coverage for:

• Trip cancellations or delays

• Medical expenses

• Lost or stolen belongings

• Personal liability

The retreat organizers are not liable for any travel disruptions, missed connections, visa issues, or other incidents related to your journey.

Code of Conduct

We ask all participants to approach the retreat with openness, kindness, and respect—for themselves, other guests, facilitators, and the environment.

Any form of abusive, disrespectful, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove any participant from the retreat without refund if their behavior negatively impacts the group experience.

Confidentiality is essential. What is shared in group sessions must remain private and respected by all participants.

LIABILITY & INDEMNITY

By attending this retreat, you release the organizers, facilitators, and the venue from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during your stay, whether physical, mental, emotional, or financial.

You acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that you accept all risks associated with retreat activities. You agree not to hold the organizers liable for any unforeseen circumstances, including accidents, personal property loss, or adverse reactions to the retreat experience.

These terms and conditions and any other matters arising out of or in relation to these terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any dispute which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions.​

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of these Terms and Conditions. You also agree with the statements below:
I confirm that I have been advised by Umar Sheikh of the scope of the retreat that he provides and give my full consent to receiving therapy sessions from Umar Sheikh.
I understand that results from the retreat may vary from person to person.
I understand that hypnotherapy or any other therapy or information provided by Umar Sheikh is not a replacement or substitute for medical, psychological or psychiatric treatment. If I have any doubts or concerns about my health, I will seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

I have been advised that I am free to cancel and to attend the session; it is my choice to attend.​
