If your appointment is for Hypnotherapy or RTT, please use the

guidelines below to prepare for the session.

Set yourself up for success!

IN-PERSON SESSION GUIDELINES 

​

  • Please respect our & the time of your friends/colleagues arrive 15 minutes early so you can get settled in. If you're late, it not only affects the whole group but you will miss out on vital information which can negatively impact your healing or learning experience.

  • It is important not to be rushing before the session, and equally important to allow yourself some time to regain control and full consciousness after the session. For this reason, try to be free at least 15 min before and after the session. (30 mins is ideal).

  • Please be mindful of the neighbours whilst parking your car, so as not to obstruct the road/ driveway or neighbours' gates/lawns etc

  • Please put your phones on airplane mode ( vibrations off) before beginning the session. No phone calls or messaging is permitted until the session has completely ended.

  • Kindly place your phone, keys, bags and any other belongings out of your immediate space so you are clutter-free.

  • Maintain silence unless it is an interactive part of the session.

  • Please maintain hygiene & cleanliness and a pleasant body fragrance.

  • Try to come in on an empty or a light stomach. Avoid consumption of caffeine for up to 3 hrs before the session. You must not be intoxicated and be clear of any hallucinogens or other recreational drugs.

  • Please be responsible & skip the session if you have a temperature  & or any other symptoms that may be contagious & kindly inform us or your host/organiser.

  • No pets or children under the age of 16 yrs permitted.

ONLINE SESSION GUIDELINES

 

  • It is important not to be rushing before the session, and equally important to allow yourself some time to regain control and full consciousness after the session. For this reason, try to be free at least 15 min before and after the session. (30 mins is ideal).

  • You must not be intoxicated and be clear of any hallucinogenic or other drugs.

  • For online sessions; make sure all notifications are switched off and your tablet/phone or laptop

  • If you are using a laptop or tablet for the session, please make sure it is fully charged or plugged into a power source.

  • Please let everybody know that you cannot be disturbed for the next 2.5 hours. (RTT Only)

  • No pets in the room.

  • If the session is interrupted for any reason, we may have to stop and may not be able to continue. A new session will have to be scheduled at an additional cost.

  • Last of all, please go to the toilet before we begin.

  • The camera must be on at all times.
